摘要
使用了一个针对EB病毒编码的小分子RNA(EBER)的寡核苷酸探针对19例中线恶性网织细胞增多症病变组织进行了原位杂交检测,并配合免疫表型分析。结果为:(1)本组病例中18/19例(94.7%)的病变组织中的异形淋巴样细胞表达T细胞分化抗原,CD3阳性15例,UCHL1阳性9例,其中二者均阳性6例,但各例中的异形淋巴样细胞均未表达B细胞及组织细胞分化抗原;(2)EBER原位杂交检侧的阳性数高(15/19例,78.9%),而其中14例的异形淋巴样细胞表达了T细胞分化抗原。结果表明:EB病毒感染也存在于以T淋巴细胞的活跃增殖为突出表现的中线恶网病变组织中。还对EB病毒感染在有关的淋巴增生性疾病发病学中的地位和作用等问题进行了讨论。
n oligonucleotide probe directed against small RNAs encoded by EBV gene was used to detect EBV genome by in situ hybridization combined with immunophenotype analysis. The results showed that(1) in 18 of 19 cases(94.7%)atypical lymphoid cells(ALC)expressed T-cell differentiation antigen,15 cases were CD3 positive,9 cases were UCHL1 positive,6 cases were both CD3 and UCHL1 positive,no ALC gave positive reaction to B-cell and histiocvte markers.(2)15 of 19 cases gave positive reaction to EBER fsmall RNAs encoded by EBV gene)by in situ hybridization analysis and A LC were reactive to T-cell markers in all 15 cases but one. The resuIts of this study suggest that EBV infection is also present in midline malignant reticulosis, whlch is characterized by active T-cell proliferation. The role and effect of EBV infection in pathogenesis of lymphoproliferative idsorders was discussed.
