摘要
新中国成立以来,我国的研究生教育取得了可喜成就,但与世界发达国家相比尚有待改善。本文仅选择入学制度、学费与资助、学习方式作为比较点,通过对几个发达国家的硕士及以上学位制度的简要描述以及对我国研究生招生“双轨制”存在的原因和弊端的分析,提出通过“学费”的“绳索”把握硕士及以上学位教育的“进口”与“出口”,实现我国研究生招生并轨的制度。
Since new China was established, great changes have taken place in the graduate education of China, But compared with the advanced countries, it should be improved. In the text, the writer only chose“the enrollment system, tuition and subsidizion policy, arrangement for schooling” as comparation point.By description,analyzing, comparasion, the writer gives the advice that we should merge the systems of graduate education of our country in the end.
