化学方法制备聚丙烯热塑性弹性体及其结构与性能的研究

摘要 利用化学方法制备了聚丙烯热塑性弹性体(PTPE),研究了橡塑比、两种弹性体的配比、所用弹性体的种类以及聚丙烯的相对分子质量对PTPE熔体流动速率和力学性能的影响;选取力学性能较优的试样做分级提取实验,测定弹性体的交联度,并用红外分析的方法对所提取出的物质进行验证。 ?Polypropylene thermoplastic elastomer (PTPE) was prepared by chemical method with solution.The melt flow rate(MFR) and mechanical properties of PTPE prepared by different methods were measured.It was found that the PTPE had better mechanical properties and the structure was studied by step-by-step extracting the substance that was not cross-linked from the PTPE.The substance extracted from PTPE was tested by FT-IR and the cross-linking density was calculated.
