摘要
运用混凝土收缩仪、X射线衍射及扫描电子显微镜,通过实验研究、测试及相关理论分析,探索了粉煤灰、膨胀剂、纤维3种抗裂组份各自及共同作用对WPSCC收缩性能的影响规律及其机理,确定了配制WPSCC时粉煤灰、膨胀剂及纤维的适宜掺量。
With the aid of experiments, testing and correlative theories analysis, the three crack resistance components including fly ash, expending agent and PP fiber, influence separately and jointly on the shrinkage properties of WPSCC were studied by using concrete retract meter, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) in this paper. Then the appropriate amount of fly ash, expending agent and PP fiber adding to WPSCC were determined. Testing results of the paper could be used for reference for the mixing design of WPSCC.
