摘要
采用扫描电镜和计算机图象分析系统,观察并分析了15例正常人眼巩膜筛板,结果显示:巩膜筛板的上下象限,尤其在周边部,大筛孔所占比例明显高于鼻颞象限,而结缔组织在象限中所占的面积则以鼻颞象限最高,另外,用组织切片染色观察筛板,可见结缔组织为束状,呈切线式排列于每个筛孔的周围,各处粗细不均,由于青光眼神经纤维的损害最先发生于视神经的上下方,故其解剖学特点有可能解释早期青光眼性视野缺损的原因。
AbstractThe lamina cribrosa of 15 normal adult humaneyes were observed by scanning electron microscopyand their images were analyzed by a computerized sys-tem to study the distribution of pores and the propor-tiOn of connective tissue in different regions of the lam-ina cribrosa.The results revealed that there aresignificantly more large pores(≥3000μm ̄2)in the su-perior and inferior than those in the nasal and temporalquadrants,especially in the peripheral regions,how-ever, in terms of area the percentages of connectivetissue in the nasal and temporal quadrants are thehighest. In addition,the histological study of the lam-ina cribrosa disclosed that the collagenous fibers,vari-ous in calibre,are arranged in bundles and tangentiallyaround each pore,Since the nerve fiber damage inglaucoma initially occurs at the superior and inferiorparts of the optic nerve,the above anatomical charac-teristics possibly can explain the cause of the visualfield defects in early glaucoma.
