摘要
CaM是一种小分子蛋白,广泛存在于真核生物中。动物与植物的CaM极其相似,富含酸性氨基酸,是一种热稳定蛋白,在构型上具有灵活性。Ca2+与CaM结合后能调节NAD激酶、Ca2+-ATP酶、蛋白激酶等多种酶的活性。参与根的向重力性运动,调节植物激素对生长发育的影响,具有第二信使的作用以及在促成光敏素反应中都具有极其重要的调控作用。
Cam broadly presents in eukaryotic living organisms. It is a heat-stable protein riching acidic amino acods. Ca2+-CaM complex regulas activities of NAD kinase, Ca2+-ATPase, protein kinase et al. The complex has function of the second information in regulating influnce of phtohormones on growth and development of plants. Ca2+ - CaM has regulation control role in the geotropism of root and some reactions with phytochrome.
