摘要
详细研究了ICP-AES法测定葡萄酒中S、P、Fe的各种条件.以S182.0nm,P177.4nm,Fe240.4nm为测定波长,葡萄酒经直接稀释5倍后可一次完成S、P、Fe的测定,方法简单快速.成功测定了几种葡萄酒中微量S、P、Fe,检出限分别为0.008mg/L、0.01mg/L、0.01mg/L,回收率为96.5%~108.5%.
The various conditions for determination of sulfur, phosphorus,and iron in wine by ICP-AES are studied.Directly diluted with distilled water by 5 times, sulfur, phosphorus,and iron in wine are determined at one time,which is simple and quick. The method is applied to the determination of sulfur, phosphorus,and iron in wine with the detection limit of 0.008,0.01,and 0.01 mg/L. The recovery is in the range of 96.5%~108.5%.
