深低温停循环脑保护大鼠模型的建立 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立一种新的深低温停循环(DHCA)脑缺血/保护大鼠模型。方法SD大鼠40只,分为实验组和对照组。麻醉后气管插管接小动物呼吸机,股动脉置管测动脉压力,监测心电、体温、血氧饱和度和血气分析,用冰块将大鼠体温降至21℃。实验组阻断双侧颈总动脉60min(对照组不阻断颈总动脉)后逐渐将体温恢复正常。结果实验组4只大鼠复苏失败死亡,16只大鼠成活,死亡率为20%,4h后Longa5级评分标准评定动物神经系统损伤为1~2级,24h后无神经系统受损表现;对照组无大鼠死亡,4h后Longa评分为0级。结论本实验方法制作的大鼠模型可以用于深低温停循环脑缺血/保护的研究。
