摘要
合肥国家同步辐射实验室二期工程建立了基于软X射线吸收的光束线和实验站。光束线采用了平面变线距光栅单色器,可以提供100—1000eV的单色光,在1000eV处当分辨本领为1000时,光子通量可以超过108s-1。光束线的焦点尺寸是3mm×1mm。在该设备上已经获得软X射线磁性圆二色吸收谱和C、N、O的K吸收边的近边吸收谱。
The beamline and the endstation dedicated to soft X-ray absorption supported by Phase II Project of National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory have been completed. The monochromatic X-ray light can be provided between 100 to 1000 eV, and its flux is over 108 photons/s with a resolving power of 1000 at 1000 eV by using a plane varied-line-space grating monochromator. A focus spot of 3 mm in horizontal by 1mm in vertical is obtained. A soft X-ray magnetic circular dichroic spectrum of iron film and near edge absorption spectra of K edges of C, N, O elements have been measured.
