摘要
以市售五个普通茶叶样品为对照,采用薄层色谱分离白毛茶的多种生物嘌呤碱。以乙酸乙酯:丙酮:氨水=4:3:1(V:V)为流动相,硅胶G为固定相,展开浸取后,用紫外分光光度法在273nm处测定其成分含量。结果表明:南昆山白毛茶具有特殊性,其生物碱种类及成分结构异于普通茶叶,含有丰富的可可碱,高达3.02~3.15%,比普通对照样高出11.7~13.2倍。总生物碱量为4.68~4.89%。
