文章讨论了工程适用的信噪比S/N的定义、计算公式及信噪比的阈值,列举了国外典型TDICCD相机的信噪比值,最后提出TDICCD相机设计所需的信噪比值。
This paper discusses definition, calculative formulae and threshold value of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) applied to engineering. We enumerate SNR values of representative TDICCD camera in foreign countries, and finally the SNR values of TDICCD needed in the design are proposed.
