摘要
通过对我国栽培的10个甜荞 Fagopyrum esculentum 品种和7个苦荞 F .tataricum 品种根尖染色体数目观察和核型比较分析,结果表明:甜荞和苦荞染色体数目都是由16条染色体构成的,2 n=2 x=16 .甜荞有2对随体,而苦荞有1对随体,它们的核型公式分别为12 m+4m SAT 、12 m+2 sm+2 sm SAT ;种内各品种在染色体相对长度、染色体长度比、随体染色体数目和形态等方面差异较小,但在种间的差异明显.
The root tips of ten common buckwheat cultivars (Fagopyrum esculentum) and seven tartary buckwheat cultivars (F.tataricum) planted in China were examined to study and compare the chromosome numbers and karyotypes of the cultivars, and the results showed that either common buckwheat or tartary buckwheat has 16 chromosomes in the configuration of 2n=2x=16. Common buckwheat had two pairs of satellite chromosomes while tartary buckwheat had one pair of satellite chromosomes;The karyotype formulae of common buckwheat and tartary buckwheat were 12 m+4 m(SAT) and 12 m+2 sm+2 sm(SAT),respectively;The cultivars belonging to the same genera differed rather slightly in chromosome length,and satellite chromosome number and shape but the cultivars belonging to the different genera significantly differed in these respects.
