数字化人体头面部动脉灌注方法的改进

摘要 目的为了便于后期图像处理阶段对血管的分割提取,对建模前的局部动脉灌注方法进行改进,以获取较佳的血管显示效果。方法采用双侧颈内、颈外动脉分别插管、分别灌注的方法,每侧颈内、外动脉各灌注了120ml添加8%泛影葡胺的草绿色填充剂。结果铣削后的图像显示头颈部上颌动脉、腭大动脉等细小血管充盈饱满、色彩鲜明,与周围组织界限分明。结论改进后的头颈部动脉灌注方法有效提高了后期图像处理阶段细小动脉的识别能力。 OBJECTIVE In order to make it conve-nient to segment and extract, we improved the formulaof artery perfusion before constructing the head and neckmodel. METHODS Bilateral internal carotid arteries andexternal carotid arteries were perfused respectively with120ml green fluid containing 8 % cystografin aftercatheterization. RESULTS We found that the perfu-sion was complete and the images of the small vesselsof head and neck were of distinct color and were dem-onstrated perfectly. CONCLUSION The improvedmethod enhanced greatly the recognition of the smallarteries of head and neck in later image process.
