摘要
从运动训练实践的角度出发,将上海体育学院附属竞技体育学校拳击队24名运动员随机分为三组,进行为期两个月的表象训练,在试验前后分别对运动员的表象能力进行测试。作者结合自己多年的执教经验,并征求专家意见,将表象训练的内容确定为:针对提高时间知觉的表象训练;针对提高距离知觉的表象训练;针对提高击打准确性的表象训练;以及单拳进攻技术的表象训练。试验结果表明,对运动员实施系统的表象训练可提高运动员的表象能力;运动员的时间知觉能力和距离知觉能力都有一定程度的提高;表象训练对运动员的单拳技术水平和击打准确性提高的效果不明显;心率可以作为监测和评价表象训练的有效指标。
In the view of practical training aspect, the experiment selects 24 players of Shanghai institute of P.E. who are divided into three groups at random and trained for two-month imagery training. Before and after the experiment, the trainees filled out questionnaires about their imagery ability. With the combination of the author's own experience, together with some expertise advice, this study defines the content of imagery training as the followings: training for better time-perception; training for higher distance-perception; training for more punching accuracy and single-fist technique training. Several results can be concluded as follows: the imagery training can facilitate to improve players' imagery ability; the trainees have obtained better time-perception after the imagery training; the trainees have made great progress on their distance-perception; the imagery training have significant effects on single-fist technique and punching accuracy.
