摘要 本实验记录了20~30岁,60~70岁两组共40名健康人的12导EEG,并用脑波涨落图技术(ET)进行分析,发现在老年组:①α段主频全脑广泛性慢化;②S谱能量峰值谱线向低频方向集中,最优谱线优势性增强,出现以S1活动急剧增强为主的s谱结构的变化,伴以S3,S4,S5系等的明显改变;③增龄性变化主要反映在优势脑区(左前脑和优势脑轴(左前/右后脑);④脑区间相干活动增强,能量分布的有序性破坏。本工作结合以往研究从多方面探讨了这些变化所代表的生理生化意义,认为s谱时空结构的年龄变化可以反映脑功能的衰退,提出了一系列新的资料和观点,并且强调了对脑老化进行系统分析的重要性,初步探讨了脑功能衰退的系统理论,这方面工作的扩展和深入有助于脑老化理论的发展和衰老及抗衰老问题的解决。 In the present work,12-channel EEG of two age groups of normal adults (20~30years and 60~ 70years )were recorded and analyzed in detail by Encephalofluc-tuography Technology(ET).The results obtained were as follows :(1)The main frequen-cy of α-band slowed down with age diffusely all over the brain.(2) Power peak values of S-spectra moved toward low-frequency with age. The most dominant frequencies increased in power.As a result ,changes of S-spectral structure with rapid increase of S1 activity ap-peared , together with considerable changes in S3-series,S5-series and so on.(3 ) Age-related changes were observed chiefly in dominant brain area(left-anterior brain)and dominant brain axis(left-anterior/right-posterior brain).(4 )The coherence between different brain areas was enhanced and the power distribution was disordered gradually with age,On the basis of ET data collected so far in this laboratory ,the physiological and bio-chemical meaning of these changes were discussed.It was thought that the changes of S-spectral space-time pattern with age might reflect the degradation of brain function. A series of materials and viewpoints were put forward.
