低温低氧环境下心肌缺血家兔的血压、心率效应 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨家兔心肌缺血后在低温低氧状态下心率、血压反应。方法将心肌缺血家兔置于-10±2℃和氧含量为8.5%的冰柜中使动物处于低温和低氧状态30min,然后测量心肌缺血家兔在低温低氧环境中的收缩压和舒张压及心率变化。结果冷刺激加低氧的急性情况下,心肌缺血家兔收缩压比常温常氧组低(P<0.01),但又比单纯低温低氧组高(P<0.05),舒张压均比对照组和单纯低温低氧组低(P均<0.01);心率比对照组稍慢,但差异无显著性(P>0.05),比单纯低温低氧组快(P<0.01)。结论低温低氧对心肌缺血家兔可引起收缩压升高,舒张压降低和心率加快。 Objective To research for the reaction of heart rate and blood pressure in rabbits with myocardial ischemia under the environment of hypothermia and hypoxia. Methods The rabbits with myocardial ischemia were placed in a fridge under -10±2℃ temperature and containing 8.5% oxygen of mixed gas for 30 minutes. Then the levels of the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and the diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rates in rabbits with myocardial ischemia under hypothermia and hypoxia were measured. Results Under the acute circumstance of coldness stimulation and low oxygen, the levels of SBP in rabbits with myocardial ischemia group were lower than those in the normal temperature and oxygen group (P<0.01), but were higher than those in the pure hypothermia and hypoxia group (P<0.05); and the levels of DBP were lower than those both in the control group and the pure hypothermia and the hypoxia group (all P<0.01); the heart rate was lower than that in the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), but was higher than those in the pure hypothermia and hypoxia group (P<0.01). Conclusion Hypothermia and hypoxia can elevate the SBP and decrease DBP and accelerate the heart rate in rabbits with myocardial ischemia.
