用有限元法分析孔洞材料的介电常数

摘要 用有限元法分析了标准电容器电场的电位势的分布,得到了孔洞材料的介电常数.考察了孔隙率和孔洞形状对介电常数的影响,计算结果表明介电常数随孔隙率的增加而降低,且孔洞形状对介电常数的影响较小. The distribution of electrical potential of standard capacitor is analyzed by finite element method; the effective dielectric constant of porous material is obtained in the calculation. The effects of porous ratio and shape on the dielectric constant are investigated. The results show that the dielectric constant decrease as the porous ratio increase and the porous shape has less influence on the dielectric constant.
