摘要
在现代社会中,随着生产力的发展,人们的物质生活水平大幅度提高,闲暇时间明显增多。在这种社会大背景下,体育在人们的生活中占有越来越重要的地位已成为一种趋势。佛山作为改革开放的前沿阵地,二十年来,经济高速发展,城乡掀起了大众健身运动的热潮。群众体育活动在管理体制方面存在许多问题。基层群众体育的管理运行机制远远落后于广大群众的需要,这对于推动《全民健身计划纲要》的实施,满足广大人民群众的健身要求都是严重的阻碍。为了更好地了解我国基层群众体育管理体制和运行机制的现状,找出存在的问题,建立起符合社会运行规律的基层群众体育管理体制及其运行机制,仅侧重经济发展水平较高的佛山地区基层群众体育管理体制及其优化模式的构想研究,以期对体育行政部门进行决策和改进管理提供参考和依据。
