摘要 目的将计算机导航技术应用于临床椎弓根螺钉固定并做初步分析。方法2004年2~12月在计算机导航系统辅助下,对30例患者(年龄18~60岁,平均45.3岁)共行134枚椎弓根螺钉固定。结果手术顺利,未发生血管和神经损伤并发症,螺钉大小选择合适,固定位置及方向准确。术中透视次数及手术室人员所受X线辐射量明显减少。结论计算机导航辅助椎弓根螺钉固定是一项安全的手术,且手术精度高。 Objective To analyze computer navigation technology used in pedicle screw placement in orthopaedic surgery. Methods From February to December 2004, 30 patients with an average age of 45.3 years old (ranging from 18 to 60) underwent orthopaedic operations. 134 pedicle screws were inserted with the aid of computer navigation. Results There were no vessel or nerve complications in all cases. The sizes of screws were suitable. The position and direction were accurate. During operation the number of fluoroscopy and the amount of X-ray radiation decreased significantly. Conclusion Use of computer navigation to assist pedicle screw placement is safe and accurate.
