摘要 目的探讨新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的胸部X线表现及临床特点,旨在早期诊治。方法回顾性分析新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征11例,动态观察其X线变化及临床特点。结果11例中均为早产儿,其中双胞胎二对各有1例发病。X线Ⅳ级分类法,其中Ⅰ级1例,双肺中下野内中带呈网状颗粒状阴影;Ⅱ-Ⅲ级8例,表现肺透光度减弱,呈较大密集颗粒影,支气管充气征明显;Ⅳ级2例全肺野一致性密度增高影,呈典型“白肺”。1例死亡,余2-3周治愈,胸部X线病变消失。结论胸部X线检查可为临床诊断新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征及其病情变化提供重要依据。 Objective To investigate the characters of clinical and chest X-ray of neonatal respiratory disrees syndron(NRDS) in neonate in order to diagnosis early.Methods To analyze retrospectively the characters of clinic and chest X-ray in 11 NRDS.Results The present study showed that all of 11 subjects were premature infant.Each one of 2 twinse was attacked.Radiographic classification of Ⅳ stage was used to analyze.Of 11 subjects,one case with Ⅰ class,there were shadow of meshy and particles in the middle and lower lobe of lungs;8 cases with Ⅱ-Ⅲ class,their lungs fields showed that decreased luminosity of lungs,shadow of bigger and density particles,air bronchiologram;2 cases with Ⅳ class,all lungs fields of them showed uniform shadow typical “white lung'.one case died.10 subjects were cured during 2-3 week,and pathological changes of lungs disappeared.Conclusion Chest radiography can provide important evidences with diagnosing of NRDS,and changes of state of an illness of NRDS.
