Determination of Lead and Copper in Gear Oil by GFFAAS with Lanthanide Nitrate as Modifier

摘要 以硝酸镧为基体改进剂,采用微乳液直接进样,建立了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定高级排档油中铅和铜含量的方法,对基体改进剂的种类和用量、有机溶剂的体积和含量进行了考察。测定结果为:铅的检出限为0.017μg·mL-1,RSD=5.2%;铜的检出限为0.012μg·mL-1RSD=3.7%。与灰化法的结果一致,相对误差小于±3.2%。方法简便而准确。 Lanthanid nitrate (La(NO_3)_3) is used as modifier to remove the interference of orange matrix in gear oil . A stable micromulsion is introduced into the method to directly detect lead and copper contents in oil with GFFAAS. The detection limit is 0.017μg·mL-1 for Lead, with the RSD being 5.2% and 0.012μg·mL-1 for Cu, with the RDS being 3.7%.The results obtained by this method agree with those by the ashing method. The relative error is less than±3.2 % ,which shows that the modifier and the micromulsion have the features of convenience , rapidity and accuracy.
