摘要 振动传感器的标定是计量部门的一项经常而繁复的工作.本文所提出的振动传感器自动标定系统由IBM—PC微机、专用测控装置和一系列软件包组成.它与低频标准振动台、功率放大器和激光测振仪相配合,成功地实现了高精度程控扫频信号输出,低频和超低频振动信号计量与失真度分析,振动台定运动量控制和振动传感器的绝对、相对法标定。为一些要求经常进行大量振动传感器标定的部门,如航天、航空、地震、电力等部门提供了一种新的快速、准确和实用的手段。 he calibration of vibration sensors is senerally considered as a troublesome and time-consuming measurement tusk. An automatic vibration sensor calibration system is introduced in this poper, which consiSts of a special purpose apparatus based on IBM-PC and a package of software. Combining with a low frequency standard vibration platform,a power amplifier and a laser vibration amplitude measurement equipment), it can generate precise programable sinusoidal wave,control the vibration platform in a gived motion level, and then measure low or ultro-low frequency voltage and itS distortion, so that a vibration sensor can be calibrated by the means of both absolute and relative ways.With the appearance of the system, a precise and quick measurement method is supplied for those departmentS such as space-flight, aviation, earthquake and electrical power, etc., at where there are large amount of vibration sensorS to be calibrated every year.
