摘要
论述了生物酶的特性和作用机理,通过小样试验和大生产应用,说明在棉织物练漂工艺中,用生物酶代替传统的烧碱,可使前处理从退浆、煮练、漂白缩短为冷轧堆置→蒸洗的短流程.能达到简化工艺,缩短流程,减少工时,节约蒸汽、水电等能源,是一种降低成本的新技术,符合今后染整行业推行“环保”加工的发展方向.同时,也利于解决弹力布加工过程中出现的卷边、皱折等技术难题.
The properties and affecting mechanism were discussed. Lab experiments and piloting assays were carried out to show that the enzymes could be used in cotton scouring and bleaching in place of the traditional bases, and the traditional procedures of desizing, scouring and bleaching could be shortened to cold-pad-batch / steaming short runs. Technology simplification, run shortening, working time reduction and steam-water-electricity saving could be obtained. The production cost was lowered and the requirement of the environment-friend textile dyeing / printing were satisfied. The curled edges and creases were avoided.
