摘要 研究了MH-Ni电池以不同荷电态储存时容量的衰减程度;对AA型1.4Ah电池进行了常温(25℃)180d和高温(65℃)30d储存测试,结果表明,电池按额定容量的0%,50%和100%荷电态储存后,容量损失分别为2.4%,5.7%和6.8%,这种损失主要由正极引起并且不可恢复。通过研究还发现,在电池正极中掺杂由化学氧化法合成的NiOOH和使用磺化隔膜,可以有效地提高电池荷电保持率近10%,放电态常温(25℃)90d和高温(70℃)20d储存过程中开路电压降低缓慢,储存后容量损失相对较小,更有利于长期储存。 The different degrees of the capacity fading of Ni-MH battery with storage at different SOC were studied. The performances of the AA size 1.4Ah battery were tested after storage at normal temperature (25℃) for 180 days and high temperature (65℃) for 30 days. The results show the capacity loss ratios of the battery with storage at state of charge 0%,50%and 100%are respectively 2.4%,5.7%and 6.8%after storage, the capacity lose was mainly due to the positive electrode and can't recovery. In addition,it was found that the charge retention of Ni-MH battery doped with NiOOH by chemical oxidation method in positive electrode and with sulfuric separator may be efficiently promoted by about 10%, the OCV decreased slowly during storage at normal temperature(25℃) for 90 days and high temperature (70℃) for 20 days at state of discharge, the capacity loss was relatively less after storage. That is more suitable for long-term storage.
