摘要
陶瓷材料和陶瓷基复合材料(CMC)在科学技术中发挥着越来越重要的作用。陶瓷以及CMC的连接技术是它们能够广泛应用的关键。与普通的陶瓷连接工艺相比较,微波连接技术具有耗时短、节约能量、成本低、对母材热损伤小等特点,因而获得了较快的发展。本文介绍了陶瓷材料和CMC的微波连接技术的发展概况,重点介绍了同种陶瓷(包括氧化物陶瓷和非氧化物陶瓷)之间的微波连接和异种陶瓷之间的微波连接。
Ceramic materials and ceramic matrix composites (CMC) play an important rule in science and technology. Reliable joining techniques of these materials are critical for their extensive applications. Comparing with the conventional joining processes of ceramics, the microwave joining process of ceramics possesses a number of advantages such as short joining time, saving of energy, low process cost, less thermal damage of the welding base materials and so on. Hence, this technique is developing fast. The progress in microwave joining of ceramics as well as CMC is presented in this paper. Also, the microwave joining of same kind of ceramic and microwave joining of different kinds of ceramics are extensively described.
