摘要
报道经介入治疗或合并手术、放射治疗中晚期肺癌１８９例的疗效和随访观察结果。单纯支气管动脉灌注８９例，灌注加放疗７８例，灌注加栓塞３例和灌注加手术１９例。动脉灌注化疗有效率为８１．５％，灌注加放疗有效率为７３．１％。至１９９２年１２月２０日止，随访到１４３例，结果死亡１３６例，７例健在。１～５年的存活率分别是：２７．３％（３９／１４３），５．５％（８／１４３），２．８％（４／１４３），２．１％（３／１４３），和０．７％（１／１４３）．灌注加手术组１～５年存活率分别是：２７．８％（５／１８），１６．７％（３／１８），５．６％（１／１８），５．６（１／１８）和５．６％（１／１８），稍高于其它治疗组。故此作者认为，要提高远期疗效、早期发现、早期诊治是关键，中晚期肺癌在介入治疗等综合疗法的基础上争取手术是有效的途径。
The
results of the curative effects and the follow-up observation of 189 cases of intermediate or
advanced lung cancer with interventional treatment orcombined operation and radiotherapy
were reported in thepaper.A single bronchial artery perfusion on 89 cases,perfusion combined
radiotherapy on 73 cases , perfusioncombined embolization on 3 cases and perfusion
combinedoperation on 18 cases were performed. The effective rateof selective bronchial artery
perfusion was 81.5%,perfusion combined radiotherapy group was 73.1%. UntilDec. 20, 1992,
143 patients were observed.Amongthem,136 cases died .and 7 cases are still alive.Thesurvival
rates(from 1 to 5 vears)were 27.8%(39/145%(8/143),2.8%(4/143),2.1%(3/143)and
0.7%(1/143)respectively.Perfusion combened eberat-ich gronp was
27.8%(5/18)18.7%(3/18)5.8%(3/18)5.6%(1/18)and 5.6%(1/18)respectively.Thesurvival rates were
higher than the single perfusion group,perfusion combined embolization and perfusion
combinedradiotherapy groups.We believe that early diagnosis andtreatment were the key to
improve Iong term survivalrates.It is an effective way to treat the intermediate andadvanced
lung cancer by operation after interventionaltreatment or combined with other therapy.
