摘要 许多文献从资源基础理论(RBV)角度研究了战略联盟形成机理,但是很少有文献能够对此进行实证分析,专利引用分析提供了一个对战略联盟进行量化研究的独特视角。研究表明,具有相似技术资源的企业容易组建战略联盟;战略联盟有利于联盟成员通过向联盟伙伴学习而获得资源积累。这就为战略联盟的资源基础理论解释提供了新的、强有力的实证支持。 The literature have done a lot research on the formation of strategic alliance in the resourced-based view, but there is no much empirical analysis about it. Patent citation provides a special measure to understand the rational of strategic alliance empirically. The research proves that the firms with similar resources is easy to form strategic alliance. Also, strategic alliance facilitates the member learning from its partner. The research supports the explanation of strategic alliance in the resourced-based view strongly and empirically.
