摘要
在进行大学英语课文教学时,教师们常常被以下两个问题所困扰1.如何处理好语言点教学与课文整体教学之间的关系;2.如何通过课文教学来提高学生的语言整体技能。为此,文章以整体语言教学理论为依据,探讨了该理论对解决和处理好以上两个关系问题的一些启示和该理论在大学英语课文教学中的具体应用问题。
In the course of teaching English texts, college English teachers are often puzzled by the following two problems: 1. how to deal with the relationship between the teaching of language points and that of the whole text; 2. how to improve students' whole language ability through the teaching of texts. This paper is intended to offer some solutions to the above two problems by applying some key principles of the Whole Language Approach.
