摘要
为提高学生干部的综合素质,发挥他们在学生思想政治工作中的作用,学生干部应该处理好公正为人与个人功利、学习与工作、工作与交友、表扬与批评、领导老师与一般同学,以及学生会与班级之间的关系。
In order to improve their integrated stuffs and efficiency in the ideology and political work for students, student cadres must correctly deal with several relationships such as: the relations between honesty conducts and personal utility, study and work, private life and students work, personal work and others' assessments. The relationship between cadres of students union and cadres of class, the student cadres' relationships with college and department leaders, teachers and common students should also be disposed correctly.
