摘要
利用正交试验法,考查了反应温度、反应时间、硫酸浓度和液固比等4个影响蛇纹石酸浸结果的主要因素。通过对实验结果进行正交多项式回归分析,建立了蛇纹石中氧化镁浸出率与反应温度(a,℃)、反应时间(b,h)和硫酸浓度(c,%)之间相关关系的回归方程,并通过该方程求得计算值与试验值之间的平均误差为4.21%。
The leading influences of sulfuric acid soaking, temperature(a,℃) , time(b,h), concentration ( c, % ) and liquid - solid ratio of the reaction, is investigated by an orthogonal test. A recursive equation of the four factors is established, according to the orthogonal polynomial recursive analysis of experimental datum, and an average error between computed and tested, 4.2 percent, is calculated from it.
