摘要
用改进的溶胶凝胶法制备了一系列Fe3+掺杂的TiO2光薄膜电极,并将其应用到甲醇光电氧化中.当掺杂Fe3+的质量分数为0.25%、焙烧温度为400℃时光催化氧化甲醇的效果最好,通过SEM,XRD,UV等手段的表征,进一步验证了掺杂对一定粒径范围内的纳米TiO2粒子有效.
Fe^(3+) doped TiO_2 film electrodes have been applied to the photoelectrooxidation of methanol.It shows that an appropriated doping amount of Fe^(3+) can improve the photoelectrochemical activity.The photocurrent of methanol oxidation is best at 0.25?% of content and 400?℃,which is 2.2 times better than that of the un-doped TiO_2,and the burning temperature reduced 50?℃.The result shows that Fe^(3+) doping changed the structure of TiO_2.By XRD and SEM characterization,and Fe^(3+) doping is effective to improve the photocatalytic activity of TiO_2 for the nanoparticle in certain diameter extent.
