摘要
随着嵌入式技术、网络技术的发展,仪器、仪表联网在技术和成本上已成为可能。与传统基于PC的数据采集系统相比,支持TCP/IP协议簇的嵌入式数据采集器具有稳定性强、成本低、体积小等优点。本文讨论了用于设备远程故障诊断的振动数据采集器的应用背景,实现该数据采集器所涉及到的两个技术:共振解调和FTP;并分别给出了共振解调模块及FTP功能在数据采集器中的具体实现;最后指出了系统中存在的不足,并给出了改进的方法。
With the development of the embedded and the network technique, connecting instrument with internet can be realized both in technique and cost. Compared to the data acquisition system based on PC, the embedded data acquisition device supporting TCP/IP protocol cluster is steadier, cheaper and smaller in size. This document is designed to discuss the apply setting of the data acquisition device for diagnosing remote trouble, the two related technique which are resonance demodulation and FTP, the implement of the resonance demodulation module and FTP in the data acquisition instrument. The paper also points out the deficiency and the corresponding mending ways.
