摘要
列宁强调必须依法治国,坚持国家法制统一和司法独立,严格法律监督,法应与时俱进,法律面前人人平等,加强司法队伍建设,保证法律全面准确地实施,列宁的法制思想对我国法制建设具有重大指导作用。
Lenin emphasized ruling the state according to law. He insisted the national legal system unifies, strict law direct and the independent judicatory. Lenin realized that law should advance with the times and everyone is equal before the law. He enhanced judicial troops development so as to guarantee the law completely and accurately into practice. Lenin’s thought of legal system have the important leading function for our country’s legal system development.
