摘要
以丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酰胺、阳离子单体等为主要原料,采用无皂乳液聚合法合成了系列阳离子乳液,详细研究了聚合反应条件对其性能的影响,并与阴离子分散石油树脂胶分别对麦草浆和木浆进行协同施胶实验。结果表明,在乳液用量为0.2%(对绝干浆料)时,麦草浆纸页施胶度增幅可达33%,白度增加5.2%ISO;木浆纸页施胶度增幅可达37%,白度增加4.2%ISO。
A series of cationic soap-free emulsions synthesized by methyl acrylate,styrene,acrylamide and cationic monomer and so on were obtained. Meanwhile,research on properties of these products was performed on the different reaction conditions. In addition,experiments were carried out on the basis of the cationic soap-free emulsion mentioned above as an aid for anionic dispersed petroleum resin sizing agent to apply respectively in bleached wheat straw pulp and wood pulp. As a result,the sizing degree and brightness of paper sheet formed from wheat straw pulp was individually increased by 33% and 5.2%ISO,and the sizing degree and brightness of paper sheet formed from wood pulp was respectively increased by 37% and 4.2%ISO at the emulsion dosage of 0.2% ( based on oven dry pulp).
