摘要
以过硫酸钾引发魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)与丙烯酸甲酯的接枝共聚并流延成膜。采用5因素二次正交旋转组合设计研究了阻水剂、增塑剂等各因素对KGM膜拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、透光率和吸水率的影响,得到相应单指标二次回归模型。结果表明:当石蜡用量2·0g、甘油用量12mL、丙烯酸甲酯用量8mL、反应时间2·5h、过硫酸钾浓度1·0×10-3mol/L时,膜的综合性能较好。
The graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto konjac glucomannan (KGM) was studied using K_2S_2O_8 as an initiator,and casting film was prepared.Adopting 5 factors quadratic orthogonal and rotational combination design ,the effects of unti-water agent,plasticizer and other factors on the tensile strength,elongation at break,light transmittance and water-absorption rate of the film were studied,and relevant quadratic regression models were developed.The results showed that the optimal condition for the film with comprehensive function as follows:paraffin content 2.0 g,glycerin volume 12 mL,methyl acrylate content 8 mL,potassium peroxydisulfate concentration 1.0×10 -3 mol/L,reaction time 2.5 h.
