摘要
结合固体催化剂的燃烧过程可以分成三类,它们为催化燃烧,催化助燃的燃烧和多相单相连合的燃烧.在催化燃烧炉Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型中,试验中得出的结论是:随着天然气与空气比的增大燃烧系统的辐射效率降低.对于所测天然气的成分,此燃烧器可实现无一氧化碳和氮氧化物的排放.
In the types of combustion processes that incorporate a solid catalyst, it can be divided into three. These are catalytic combustion, catalytically stabilised thermal (CST) combustion, and coupled heterogeneous-homogeneous combustion. The conclusion was that the radiation efficiency of catalytic combustion system decreases while the percentage of natural gas increases in the catalytic combustion burner Ⅰ and Ⅱ. For the natural gas concentrations found, the burner still operated with no CO and no NO_ x emissions.
