摘要
论述了检测人体内酮体浓度的重要意义和酮体的代谢过程,对各种检测技术的发展过程、检测原理、操作步骤及各自的优缺点进行了比较分析,着重探讨了对血液中β羟丁酸的检测,并对各种技术的发展方向作了进一步的展望。
The significance of the determination of ketone body in human body and its metabolic process are described in this paper. The developments of various determination technologies, their determination principles, operation procedures, merits and demerits are, compared and analyzed. The determination of betahydroxybutyric acid in blood is discussed. A progressive perspective of the future of various technologies is extensively suggested.
