摘要
医院门诊部如何体现“以病人为中心”的服务宗旨,其关键在于注重服务对象的人文关怀。具体可从以下几点着手:⑴优化门诊就诊流程,解决“三长一短”问题,改善就诊环境,从细微之处体现人文关怀;⑵注重人文素质教育,以培养高素质、高水平的医务人员;⑶完善以人为本的服务体系,使患者在接受全程医疗服务过程中感受人文关怀。医院作为医疗服务的载体,在医疗服务过程中重视人文关怀,是现代医院管理发展的必然趋势。
In order to show the service principle of 'patient-centered',the hospital clinic department pointed out that the key was humanism concern for service object. The concrete points were:(1)to optimize the procedure,solve the problem of 'three long and one short',improve the medical condition and show humanism concern in detail; (2)to attach importance to humanism quality education in order to cultivate medical staff with high quality and ability; (3)to perfect the service system of 'human-centered' in order to make patients accept the humanism concern during the whole medical treatment procedure. As a medical service supplier,hospital should attach importance to humanism concern during medical service,which will be an inevitable trend for modern hospital management.
