摘要
通过对稀土在电镀铬、电镀镍、氯化钾电镀锌、镀锌层钝化处理的试验检测和实际应用的研究,发现稀土在电镀工艺中有3种较为突出的优异性能:(1)能提高电镀液中离子的移动速度和运动能量;(2)电沉积过程中具有较强的化学吸附能力;(3)能提高镀锌层钝化膜的耐腐蚀性。同时还提出了使用稀土的4点注意事项,对稀土在电镀工艺中的应用和研究具有一定的参考价值。
The action of rare earths in electroplating chromium, electroplating nickel, electroplating zinc with KCl, and passivating with galvanized coating was investigated based on experimental study and application case study. The technical know-how and precautions in application of rare earth in the electroplating were also suggested. It was pointed out that the rare earths played a key role in the electroplating technology and mainly functioned to increase the motion speed and movement energy of the ions in the electrolyte and increase the corrosion resistance of the galvanized passivating coating. At the same time, rare earths also had strong chemical adsorption capacity in the electroplating process, which helped to improve the quality of the electroplated coatings.
