摘要
随着我国经济及国际贸易的发展,以我国为进口国的知识产权平行进口已经在实践中发生并呈现出不断发展之势,但是我国却缺乏这方面的法律法规。本文就知识产权的平行进口问题进行分析,探讨如何在我国构建相应的法律规制。
With the development of ecnomy and international protectionism, parallel importation of intellectual property to China accrued and developed gradually.But there are no regulations correspondingly.Author will study on the problem and seek after how to build the system of regulations correspondingly.
