瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚复合在麻醉纤维支气管镜检查中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 目的将丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼(REM)复合液与丙泊酚、芬太尼复合液在纤维支气管镜检查进行比较。方法176例纤维支气管镜检查患者随机分为两组,每组88例。Ⅰ组(对照组)先静脉注射芬太尼1.0μg/kg,再缓慢静注丙泊酚2.0mg/kg;Ⅱ组(观察组)先静脉注射REM(0.5～1.0)μg/kg,再缓慢静脉注射丙泊酚2.0mg/kg。重点观察清醒时间、离院时间及呼吸抑制。结果麻醉效果满意率两组相比无差异,但清醒时间、离院时间两组间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚复合REM或复合芬太尼应用于麻醉纤维支气管镜检查,都取得了满意的麻醉效果,但复合REM可使患者更早离院。
