摘要
我国现阶段的个人收入分配方式应划分为按劳分配、按生产要素分配和其他分配方式三大类。按生产要素分配和其他分配方式又各有多种具体形式;按生产要素分配即生产要素按贡献参与分配的依据主要有劳动价值论、所有制结构、生产要素所有权和市场经济;个人收入应划分为合法收入和非法收入两类,国家应保护合法收入,打击和取缔非法收入。
In our country at present there exist three categories for personal income distribution modes, i.e. distribution according to work; distribution according to the production factor and other distribution. However, if the distribution of personal income should be conducted in accordance with the factor of production and the other means, there are multi-types of concrete modes of distribution, that to distribute somewhat one makes contribution based on labor value chiefly; the structure of ownership; the proprietary property of the factors of production. Personal income consists of two sources of legal income and illegal income. The country should protect the personal income and prevent and defeat illegal personal income.
