摘要
知识经济的到来预示着一场资本革命,知识产权资本化将成为21世纪一种格外引人瞩目的法律和经济现象。我国现行法律法规在知识产权出资的规制上存在诸多缺陷,从理论和实践两个角度对我国法律相关规定的缺陷进行剖析,并提出了相应的完善建议。
The arrival of the knowledge economy indicates the revolution of capitals. It becomes a kind of extremely noticeable law and economic phenomenon in the 21st century that the intellectual property rights capitalize. A great deal of defects store in current laws and regulations of our country that the intellectual property rights capitalize. This paper has put forward the corresponding perfecting suggestion from two angles of theory and practice on the basis of analysis of the defectes of the law of our country.
