摘要
借鉴成人教育界对成人学习动机的研究成果,梳理了具有代表性的成人学习动机理论,包括成人学习动机的指向理论、影响成人学习动机的因素以及成人学习动机的形成理论,并结合职业培训中成人学生的学习特征,提出职业培训中成人学习动机的培养与激发策略.
By using related theoretical results about adults motivation to learn, such as adults learning motivation direction theory, factors influencing adults learning motivation and adults learning motivation formation theory,the author introduces the tactics of training and arousing adults motivation to learn in vocational training.
