摘要
文章就传统数控机床移动式加工中,移动部件和静止导轨之间存在着摩擦问题,提出了采用磁悬浮直线电机的这一新方法来消除摩擦,研究分析结果可以实现无摩擦控制,在推进力的作用下,运动体能够实现快速精密定位。
This paper focuses on the friction between the moving components and the still rail during the process of original numerical control machine tool, and presents a new method, by adopting the maglev linear motor to eliminate friction. The research result indicates that non-friction control can be achieved and moving objects under propulsion can realize fast and exact location.
