摘要
为了解决质量数据手工采集、控制检测误差大、效率低的问题,实现质量数据采集、检测的准确高效,提出在AutoCAD环境下,基于网络和数据库技术实现质量数据的自动采集和管理。研究了尺寸标注信息的自动提取、尺寸线在电子图纸中的定位、质量管理数据库的建立。用ObjectARX和VC++为开发工具对AutoCAD进行了二次开发,实现了对MFC文档/视的调用,并对系统的功能模块进行了集成。
In order to solve the problem of big error and low efficiency in handwork examination, realizing accuracy and high efficiency in quality data drawing and examination, this paper drew up automatic drawing and management of quality data based on internet and database technology under AutoCAD system. Problems such as automatic drawing of dimensions post information, dimensions line orientation in electronic mechanical drafting and establishment of quality management database etc. were studied in this paper. Besides, redevelopment under AutoCAD system were made while ObjectARX and VC++ are used as tools, which can realize transfer of MFC documents and the integration of every function unit of the system.
