摘要
以某鼓风机厂的汽轮发电机组轴系为研究对象,结合有限元法和缩减法,分析了机组的扭转振动特性,建立了有限元模型,取得了满意的结果。再用数值解法根据机组的前几阶固有频率,对结果进行了可行性分析,由分析可知采用有限元和缩减法相结合,其计算速度快、效率高,分析结果给机组安全运行提供了理论依据。
With the shafting system of a turbine- generator unit in a blower factory as the research object and with the help of the finite element method and the reduced method, the characteristics of torsional vibration of the generator unit is analyzed, a model of the finite element established and satisfactory results obtained. The results have been verified with a mathematical method. Based on the natural frequency of the unit, a feasible analysis about the shafting is made. The calculation method features high speed and efficiency, thus providing a theoretical based for the safe operation.
