摘要
介绍了某载货汽车左/右前扶手下加强板冲压工艺设计过程,利用Autoform分析软件对板料成形过程进行了有限元模拟分析。通过分析检验了设计者所进行的冲压工艺分析及设计的合理性和准确性,解决了凭经验进行冲压工艺分析和设计时由于冲压工艺制定不合理所造成的产品质量问题。
Processes of stamping process design of the lower reinforcing plate of the left/right front armrest of a truck are introduced.The forming process of the sheet material is simulated and analyzed with AUTOFORM finite element analysis software.By simulation and analysis.the rationality and accuracy of the stamping process analysis and design are verified and product quality problems resulting from irrational stamping processes developed by oneself's experience are solved.
