摘要
理论分析了固体垃圾的热解特性,提出热解温度是主要的影响因素。使用小型外热式固定床垃圾热解炉,对垃圾混合物和废塑料进行实验研究,得到700℃时2种垃圾的产气速度和累计产气量。通过对比分析,废塑料的热解较快,最大产气速度和累计产气量也较大。
The pyrolysis characteristics of solid waste are analyzed theoretically. It is point out that the pyrolysis temperature is a primary influence factor. An experimental study on pyrolysis of garbage mixture and waste plastic by using a small externally heated fixed-bed waste pyrolysis furnace is made. The gas production rate and accumulative gas yield of two kinds of wastes at 700 ℃ are obtained. The comparative analysis indicates that the pyrolysis of waste plastic is faster, and its maximum gas production rate and accumulative gas yield is bigger.
