摘要
蜂王浆具有多种生物学活性而广泛应用于药品、保健食品和化妆品。随着分析技术的发展和功能研究的深入,鉴定特定功能相对应的活性组分已成为可能。至今为止,已发现王浆中的MRJP3活性蛋白具有免疫调节功能;57-kDa蛋白(MRJP1)具有促进原代培养肝细胞生长功能和抗疲劳作用;王浆蛋白酶解产生的多肽具有抗高血压功能;10-HDA具有抑制小鼠白血病和腹水癌功能;多不饱和脂肪酸具有抑制脂肪合成的功能;Royalisin等其他多肽具有抗菌作用;胰岛素样物质与降低血糖有关。
Royal jelly is widely used to medicine, health food and cosmetics for its many biological activities. With the development of analysis technology and function research, it is possible to identify the relation between function and active composition. So far, it was found that the active protein of MRJP3 had immunoregulatory function; the 57-kDa protein (MRJP1) had the functions of antifatigue and enhancing proliferation of primary cultured rat hepatocytes; peptides produced from protein enzyme cleave products showed antihypertensive ability; 10-HDA inhibited mice leucosis and ascetic tumor; polyunsaturated fatty acid was concerned with the activity of inhibiting lipogenesis; royalisin and other peptides showed antibiotic activity; insulin-like peptides contributed to hypoglycemic effect of royal jelly.
